Eddy was amazing! Quick response and he came to do the inspection for free and didn't offer me any services I didn't need. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. When I had flooding in my home, Eddy was incredibly responsive and came to help very quickly. From the very beginning, his team was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a stressful situation.

The work was handled efficiently, the communication was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. I truly appreciated how dependable, honest, and attentive they were throughout the entire process.

It’s not often you find a company that combines quick response times, affordable pricing, and exceptional service so well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing restoration services. Incredible service from start to finish!

Eddy & Nonstop did an incredible job restoring my property in Calgary.

Had an emergency in the middle of the night, my basement was completely flooded. They arrived promptly and got to work.

They saved me tens of thousands of dollars in additional damages due to their expertise and quick arrival.

So happy that they were able to get the job done. Additionally they gave me an amazing price.

I’ve saved Eddy’s info on my phone, and if I’m ever in another emergency I’m absolutely confident I can trust non-stops team!!

Eddy and his crew are extremely responsive and reliable. I hire them regularly for different projects, and their pricing is very competitive compared to other contractors, especially for insurance related work. They are flexible, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them

We were initially impressed with Eddy's fast response and attitude when he came out to give us a quote. However, he asked for our insurance estimate prior to giving us his quote (we never received a written estimate from his, he only used out insurance estimate). We let him know part of the estimate was for inventory and moving basement contents, which we planned on doing ourselves or hiring a company to do. He said he could have his guys take our stuff from the storage unit back in; however, when we said we would prefer to do it ourselves or hire that part ourselves, he said he could only do the job if we gave him the entirety of the insurance adjustment, since insurance had underestimated flooring costs. Eddy was unable to provide an written estimate for us to take to our insurance to prove higher flooring costs, asking to call our insurance adjustor himself instead.

We did not feel comfortable with the lack of a written estimate or breakdown of costs from his end, and him asking for our entire insurance estimate. He let us know he would throw things in for free, but then told us he needed to take money from other places in the insurance estimate to cover what insurance understimated us, but did not provide us with a written breakdown of exactly what lines he believed insurance underestimated. We did not move forward with a contract.
